It exposes the good and the bad
The truth and the lies
No more dark shadows for evil to hide

All imitations fade
The dark of night seems never ending

Claiming its rightful throne above us
Darkness Darkness everywhere
It seems to have taken over

Mass Deception

Why all the decception?
Why not just the truth?
Everyone deceiveing and lying
Keeping "innocent" people in the dark
The lines between deception and truth are so blurred
Who knows the difference anymore?

Why do guys think they can stomp all over you and your just supposed to take it and shut up.
Why do they think we can just forgive and forget without so much as a sincere apology?
How the hell did they get this impression that all of us women are just so desperate for them, that they can do almost anything and get away with it?
Ladies, how do we fix this problem?
With the way our culture is these days, is there a way to fix this?
I honestly dont know...

Life tries so hard to tie me down
